Our process is: as soon as the customer calls the service department to request a spare parts quote and provide vehicle information (vehicle type, chassis number), we will record and quickly quote the customer within 01-08 working hours, as well as notify the time the customer can bring the vehicle in for repair/replacement.

For most imported spare parts, the minimum time after the customer places a deposit to purchase is from 07-15 working days depending on the part.

Step 1: Preparation: preliminary check of the interior condition, take pictures of damage, or signs of possible damage; arrange personal items in the car outside in the designated place; remove the floor mats from the car and vacuum the entire car.

B3: Cleaning plastic, metal: dashboard, tappi, horse…
B4: Cleaning rubber: door seals, glass seals…
B5: Cleaning hinges, door latches, door slots…
B6: Cleaning glass: windshield, doors, inside and outside rearview mirrors, rearview mirrors…
B7: Maintaining leather, plastic, rubber…
B8: Final inspection, deodorization: general inspection of all cleaned contents and deodorization when necessary.
